Zendaya gives massive $100K donation to the California Shakespeare Theater where her successful acting career first began

The President & CEO of the Women Donors Network, Leena Barakat, also expressed, 'We are very pleased to be able to offer this general support grant in partnership with Zendaya.'
'We hope that our funding supports your work and helps further your strategic vision, wherever funds are most needed. '
Back in 2014, the star opened up to Rolling Out as she reflected on first discovering her 'passion' for theater and acting.
'My mom worked at the California Shakespeare Theater when I was very young,' Zendaya explained to the outlet at the time.
'I grew up around theater. I was that weird 8-year-old that was into Shakespeare and wanted to sit and watch rehearsals for hours.'
The beauty continued, 'I was very intrigued by acting and everything that world had to offer. I think that's when I first realized I had a passion for theater.'
Since her early theater days, the star has since gone on to make various achievements in the industry, such as starring on the Disney channel and winning a Golden Globe for Best Actress due to her role in HBO's Euphoria.
Zendaya has been filtering through a busy schedule while currently promoting her latest film, Dune: Part Two, which hits theaters next month on March 1.
